Buckskin Mountain State Park, located 12 miles north of Parker on Arizona Highway 95, is another one of the state’s most scenic locales. Spectacular views of the river and surrounding mountain ranges are available from any number of hiking trails and campsites.

Scottsdale is home to the Continental Golf Course. This course, which was designed by Greg H. Nash, is an 18 hole executive length course. It is a short course rated at par 60. This public course is equipped with a driving range for those who wish to practice before they play.
